Minnesota Personal Injury Attorney David P. StewartDavid received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1977. That year, Paige Donnelly hired him to be the firm’s first associate. Since that time David has successfully represented hundreds of personal injury clients in many types of cases involving things like: auto accidents, premises liability claims, dog bite injuries, wrongful death, work-related injuries, social security disability, no-fault auto insurance claims, and uninsured motorist claims. These cases have been handled in state and federal courts, before state and federal agencies and in arbitration and mediation forums.

David was born and raised in Albert Lea, Minnesota and has called the Twin Cities home since 1974. Outside of the office, he is actively involved in church and community activities with his wife and daughter. He is an avid reader and music lover. He also enjoys hiking, walking, skiing, boating, biking, and traveling.
